At the SECURITY Essen trade fair 2016, dorma+kaba will be presenting its new brand and joint portfolio for the very first time. Using the slogan “Smarter access means security”, security company dorma+kaba will be exhibiting comprehensive and innovative access management products, solutions and services for various requirements, industries and company sizes. The product portfolio for doors ranges from lock-and-key to fully networked electronic access solutions, from door closers and automatic doors through to mobile dividing wall systems.
The company will be presenting a whole range of new and innovative products. Kaba exivo is an innovative, internet-based access solution being launched on the 'Access Control as a Service' market. With the help of an exivo partner, small and medium-sized companies can use it to easily plan, configure, order, install and operate their access systems. It requires no on-site IT server structure or software.
With this new hotel solution, your smartphone becomes a room key. Guests can use their smartphone to check in online and as a mobile room key, as well as to access other hotel facilities such as the spa or fitness area.
For extra security at building entrances, the new Geryon shock wave-inhibiting revolving door provides protection against conventional car bomb explosions. Its reinforced design protects people inside the building from fragments and provides a complete seal for explosion-resistant façades. A striking video demonstrates the effects of an explosion on the new revolving door. In the master key systems range, the innovative planning and computation method Kaba keylink allows you to adapt mechanical master key systems to changing company requirements as flexibly as digital access components. The new OGRO door fitting with backplates and roses in XEA Design is a premium mechanical fitting with an attractive design that integrates perfectly into MATRIX AIR installations.
The dorma+kaba exhibition will also be exploring new horizons, a special highlight being the Virtual Design Center, which will allow visitors to experience the new company and its product range in a whole new way.
